Osprel will not be responsible of the contents and opinions given by third parties on its webpage nor the information contained in the webpages of third parties to which access can be made by links or search engines searching for the Osprel website. The presence of these links has the unique finality of informing the user, and in no case supposes a suggestion, invitation or recommendation to use them. Osprel guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data provided by the users and its automated processing in accordance to the legislation of personal data protection. Thereby, according to what is stablished in the Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13 of December about personal data protection (LOPD), the client or user remains informed about the incorporation of its data to the automated files existing in Osprel. In the same way, the client/user remains informed of the automated processing to which all its data will be submitted. The company will have access over these data as a consequence of the navigation in the webpages of Internet, the consulting, solicitude or contracting of any service or product, or any transaction or operation. Data will be processed in order to maintain the contractual relationship and to adapt our commercial offers to the user’s particular profile, being the recipient the commercial services and technicians of Osprel. The client or user can exercise its right to object to the treatment of any of its data that are not indispensable to the complete the contract and to its use to any finality other than the maintenance of its contractual relationship, being facultative the answers to the questions made apart from the contract.
